Amazon launched its own Android apps store

Today Amazon launched its new online applications store that has been already supported by such big apps developers as Gameloft, Handmark and Glu Mobile. At present moment Amazon Appstore includes about 3,800 apps for Android-powered devices. To get access to this new applications store users can download special client app in Android Market or use its web version located here. One of the features of Amazon Appstore is so-called “Test Drive” – users will be available open and use the app from within their computer browser for 30min. All prices in this new apps store will be assigned by Amazon that will earn 30% on each download.
